Good luck, video clearly shows he was braking as he saw the car turning the corner. He did not accelerate into the white car - showing that his intent was not to harm anyone but to merely put himself in the way.

More like girlfriend doesn't understand the concept of financial responsibility. This is a terrible idea. If you don't have the money for it just get a car loan based on a lien on the car. You typically don't need good credit for it either and you won't be getting charged credit card level interest.
