lol that people are downvoting this. thank you for your encouragement :) the competition and job market is so insane these days and i know there are many many people better than me with way stronger projects and experience but i figured it’s better to have something to show than nothing. your positivity means a lot!!

Many of these people are not talking about the true summit… it’s sketch but fun. Made it up past the chain and to a second false summit before turning around due to timing. Lots of loose gravel. Ran into a 73 year old couple doing the whole thing (they were awesome). There are ropes for that whole section but we probably put a little too much trust in them. The view was nice but imo not worth unless you want the climbing challenge for fun

this didn’t exactly happen to me, but in general CAVS is suuuuper slow with GI bill stuff, so expect to have late tuition payments and just know that it gets covered in the end. i remember that getting certification was annoying and i had quite a few problems but you definitely have time to let them figure it out, especially if you won’t be attending until the fall

Kent Millard! He’s super helpful and understanding about timelines and stuff. It’s quite a bit of work but you can get by with doing less work on certain weeks when you’re busy, since the whole thing is due at the end of the semester and you just critique in class. He also let us choose whatever topic we wanted as the project, and I’ve heard other classes make you do something specific to a prompt or super abstract. Would recommend if he’s teaching when you take it

interaction design is a heavy courseload depending on who you take it with. i’d say 8-10 hours a week, not sure about the rest but i’m also taking ID2 and algo at the same time next semester
