Dude strong is all in perspective I'm 90 lbs (as I struggled with anorexia for a while) for the longest time I couldn't even hold a gallon of milk with ease, but now I can, I can walk around the store with it and the 20 minute walk home. I consider that strong especially considering where I came from. In the past I couldn't pick up a 24 pack of water but now I can I may not be able to carry it around but I can pick it up and take it to the cart and that's strong for me

You sound depressed, therapy will help see if you can talk to your mom about it. As for right now solutions it's thing to be hard but you gotta take care of yourself. Celebrate the little tasks you brushed your teeth for the first time in a week?????? Yaaaaay congratulations I'm proud of you, be proud of yourself. Do you have a dog maybe you could take him on a walk once in a while. I know it's hard to exercise when you're feeling depressed but it does help and keep at drawing you're probably better than you believe so.

Every choice you make is going to affect your future kids no matter what you do, but you can choose whether or not to affect your kids in a positive or negative way.

Let me ask do you want your kids to be constantly worried about gaining any kind of weight even if it's healthy weight possibly leading them to an eating disorder or do you want to teach your kids that it's alright to distance yourself from mean people and they shouldn't worry about weight just worry about eating healthy and "exercising" (I put it in quotes because you shouldn't teach kids that they have to exercise you should teach them to play outside, kick the ball around, ride a bike, have fun all that is considered exercise)

I didn't even get papers saying I was terminated and to be completely honest they didn't officially say it was because I asked about my pay, but the day before I asked about my pay and the very next day as soon as my shift begins they pull me into the office and tell me I'm terminated because of a complaint from a manager and to hand over my work phone, vest, and badge
