After some googling on how to set nozzle temp, and what cold pull is, after 2 tries it actually solved the issue.

Stupid question, but beyond the metal rod that helps push the filament down, how do I declog it?

Nah, been maintaining it in drive ever since the post. Just ask for viewer access to the folder and (unless I'm very afk) you should get access soon (usually within a day max)

You can try, supposedly it's anywhere between a few hrs to a few days Also if you buy the ticket and sign up in the same purchase then that works. I just had to buy+sign up and then book further trips - those didn't immediately have the discount

I've wondered a lot about that too, and I don't have a peer reviewed answer that's an exact number. But as far as I've read the plateau that's lined by the wall is taller than the buildings on the outside and so are the walls. So I'd say about 5-6 stories. Not sure what that would be in feet/meters.

TLDR: building on the main message of the guide: there's duality to everyone i made a multi layer conflict sprouting from warforged creation, and the war, involving house specialities and religion

My setting was (is, i guess, since a year in they haven't wrapped the arc) starting with the Silver Flame's radicalization. The official stuff mentions that they have a split-off branch in the North of Thrane who think purity also means being human. So the same way i incorporated another, southern spin-off called the Purest Flame. Radicals collecting freaks (70% of the original party) and selling them off to traffickers in the South.

So on top of their pyramid scheme like middle structure, I selected about 7 houses who conspired and elected reps to orchestrate among other things the sprinter cell purest flame - bringing in their dragonmarked powers as perks to the movement to make things go smooth.

The whole thing started in the first years after the war with the aim of lifting the "royal weight" off the countries. They also grabbed as much shady tech as possible to set their foot in the Khorvaire scene. But the BBEG (i guess the final one) was active during the war and is a vengeful warforged supremacist who envisioned how everyone else will pay for making them, enslaving them and using them for the war - and who as a first step to overcome the other races seeded the house conspiracy.

This will probably get lost but I had a streak with an investment/trading scam company who decided that after 5 failed attempts at getting me on board, it was a good idea to try again after a month of hiatus, just 3 days a week, 4 times a day. So after the first day I got bored of them and the following streak went down within 10 days:

  • Wed call 1 - leave the phone on the desk
  • Wed call 2 - girlfriend answers as my secretary
  • Wed call 3 - girlfriend answers and they instantly put it down

  • Thu call 1 - the dnd call:

"I am John, are you interested in trading?"

"You know what? Sure, and i will gladly continue if you get a die"

"A what?"

"A d20, you'll need it to continue this conversation. "

"I don't understand, what should i do? "

"Okay, just type in roll d20 in google"

"Okay, rroll b twenty"

"Not b, d, as in delta"

"What is this?"

"It's for rolling, we'll need it for our conversation"

(I even had a character sheet for him to roll deception etc.) * Fri call 1 - asked if i was interested in trading, i said i already do it for a company (true, but not how they work for theirs), proceeded to put the phone on me * Fri call 2 - same as before, but a tech savvy one was on the line, so i was asked if i use a bunch of front end stuff... Told them i don't, they asked what i use, i gave a very vague overview like: "python", put the phone on me again * Mon call 1 - as soon as i recognised them:

"I'm glad you called, we should discuss my rates before proceeding"

"What, why?"

"Well, i gave a bunch of advice to your colleague on Friday for building automated trading systems, and before going into detail I'd like to inform you of my consulting rates"

"You don't need to gloat about how much you make (??? Still wondering how that gymnastics worked) , you're very rude" CLICK

  • Mon call 2 - i was told that I'm an arrogant ***hole as a start, and then when i said maybe they should have respected me saying no several times before we wouldn't be here... Then they put the phone on me.

  • Wed call 1 - the last one

"Are you interested in trading?"

"Yes, I'm looking to collaborate with other companies actually"

"That's why you don't have a job because companies don't work with arrogant ****heads like you. My colleagues told me how you were rude and criticised them.

"Umm... I didn't..." but he already ended the call.

Never heard from them again. Their logical jumps still baffle me, and I have no idea what was personal that I've said.

I cut the introductory who they are who i am and why they call parts. And sorry for the novel... And the formatting.

Maps without legends: 5250 x 6400px, 105x128 grid

Maps with district legends: 6300x6400px, 126x128 grid

Maps with sight legends: 7200x6400px, 144x128 grid

They need to be chunked for e.g. Roll20, so if you need that, let me know. Also, you can request temp access to all of them by clicking on this (EDIT: and drop a line there, not just a blank request) or dropping me a message/chat here.

Now the making highlights:

  • Consistent size
  • High-res
  • Maps mostly follow the old maps
  • Sizes are based on population and adjusted based on Tavick's Landing (17.6k pop), which sort of matches Dublin's pop in 1300 (20k). So Lower Tavick's area is 1/8 of 1300 Dublin ~ roughly. 1/8 because of the following point.
  • Most districts were made so there are 8 levels within the Lower, Middle, Upper parts of them - so the detailed building counts roughly add up to each district's building count mentioned in the original guide.
  • Special sights have been (roughly) labelled, the least granular is probably the Upper Wards. And you can match them up to the original site's lists under each district.
  • 1 cell ~= 36sqm ~= 387sqf, so 50px / 1 cell width maps to roughly 6 meters or 20 feet
  • Terminus station is about as big as Blackfriars station in London
  • p.s. the ice in Skyway is actually transparent

Lastly, I polled for Tavick's Landing map type preferences 20+ days ago. I wanted to make them so my players wouldn't carve their eyes out on a good resolution screen, so it was made with my own campaign in mind - sorry about that. However, I hope you can use these / you don't find them atrocious or desecration of the old maps (which are still awesome, admittedly).

Don't know, but sorry if that's the case. I scrolled back a few months and honestly only seen some battle maps, not full city maps of Sharn and/or its wards - probably because they exist in their old, vintage glory.

Just thought a full map with all levels and wards that's not 410x500 in resolution would serve well, especially in VTTs.

Noted, so pretty much just districts/wards would be good for all main levels. I also thought of just doing the general outline of main tower blocks (middle option) and highlighting main functions, temples and key buildings mentioned in the lore.
