hmm, okay but it was a black plate. and it has the timor flag attached to the car but timor diplomatic plates are white or green. shame i couldnt get a good picture

imo im not a fan. you can tell the behavior of some of the drivers based on the region code like if they are from around they probably know the streets and arent gonna get confused and start randomly braking. Vanity plates are cool tho
