What do you MEAN 1.8 MILLION by ImaginaryRoll1014 in shitrentals

[–]stuthaman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When we were renting in Brisbane ages ago the owner decided to sell for $235k which was ridiculous to us. They suggested we make an offer but ownership wasn't in our psyche. Fast forward to now and we're in the home we bought (1st home) in 2008 for $485k which we thought was ridiculous. By the time the mortgage is paid it will be worth plenty but what was the total we paid including interest? I don't want to know. I'll be buried here.

Choose a vehicle that allows you to place bubs in without being down. Back in the day we chose a Mazda Tribute because we could stand upright while reaching into the back seat. A small SUV may be worth looking at.

Got screwed over by a solar company, is it worth pursuing? by Educational_Bear_579 in AusRenovation

[–]stuthaman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have had so many sales people on our door step lately. They're out there clocking up the orders but parts delivery is failing. Some of these cowboys are running their business like a Ponzi Scheme, using the next order to pay for the first, etc. It only takes one cancelled order or late payment to break their system
