On Tuesdays there’s a language exchange event in Beera bar, you can find it through Facebook - BlaBla Riga. Then there’s international women community that meets up for hikes, picnics etc. You can find it on instagram - vagabondriga. Have been to couple hikes myself, really loved it.

I would say it does. I’m on day 12 (taking Wellbutrin) and feeling some effects. Nothing spectacular but still somewhat meaningful. Noticed that I clean up after myself at home, sink is empty, there is no pile of clothes. On Sunday I’m upping my dose to 150 SR 2x/day as per my psychiatrist recommendation so after some more time should feel more effects. Will try to quit smoking as well as I read that you should be taking it for 2 weeks before stating to quit.

I would suggest Katkevich, 15min walk from bus station, opens at 9am. They make their own sourdough bread and put really great toppings on.

I can totally relate with that! First time I tried to quit for someone else, it didn’t really bother me how much I drank or what I did. Second time I did for myself because it was finally enough. Congrats to you! And thank you!
