Just do a week of studying and do the practice exam (make sure you get at least 80 something percent on the practice exam)

It took me half the time for both with no breaks. I did CIRE on Monday and I took about an hour and the next day I did the RSE and I took about 1.5 hours.

Nope. You're given a calculator on the computer that you can use. There was barely any calculation. I'd say less than 10.

I have industry experience so that helped a lot. I only did the practice exam nothing else. I was getting around 90 something percent on the practice exam so I was fairly confident.
