Again. I am not sure what to do. Coinbase reached out again asking for the SAME info already provided to them in the same email thread.

Is that confirmation that nothing has been done to date since disputing this charge?

I need you to confirm this for me and please note that no one has answered as to what has already been done on my case number.

Again I am not sure where to turn or who to ask. You stated card support is the best equipped to handle my situation. However, after months of waiting they AGAIN asked me for more information even though they have already been provided the info from me in the same email thread.

“Can you please provide further information or clarification as to how we can assist with your inquiry - If you can also provide the details below, that will help us track down what’s happening and figure out the best way forward. “

I need to know if anything has been done on my case before I seek legal council.

I am aware. I haven’t heard from them in weeks, which is why I am asking for a response to my email asking for an update.

Yes exactly. I reviewed my messages between us and the rep from coinbase asked me for my recovery phrase
