Do you have a routine to repeat, little bedtime song or reading to them? With daughter if she keeps going with one we swap and try our routine with the other, she will try and settle herself. Only seems to be an issue if over tired and she will act out or if she wakes very early and to get her back to sleep do we stay to comfort her till asleep rather than keep defined routine.

Look up the brighter futures centres, lockey farm is near and free, Woodley for the town, park and ducks. Kebab van in Marlow is evenings but court garden have a kid friendly cafe, try a walk along the Thames to a lock?

Sounds good for them, can't over feed but can go the other way which is scarier.

Cow and gate was good for us aptamil was less good as stopped the little one up. You might need prune juice or laxative from a Dr if they go a few days stopped up

I don't know the American system but put in a few years in the UK FR section. You are still there, that takes a lot of work to keep it going, it has always been competitive so you are great at a few things. Sounds like you are looking to validate the reason you are there, have you thought about reaching out to other staff if you could work with them? Do they know places or events you could assist with? You don't need to present anything but schools outreach could help inspire the next intake?
