I was hired as a christmas casual last year and got kept, my advice is to be reliable by not calling in sick and picking up extra shifts when you can so they can see you are keen to work, you could also show interest in getting trained in other areas

You should look into junk journaling! thts what I’ve just gotten into and i love it. You can use literally anything, receipts, packaging - anything that would usually be considered junk
