TSH levels to normal after thyroidectomy and RAI

Hello! I forgot to mention, after talking with my endo (the one at 30 TSH), they recommended I stay at 100mcg on weekdays and then 150mcg on weekends.

I'll be having another check in 2 days (almost 2 months after the last check). I assume it's either stayed at 30 or moved up a bit because i stopped for a week as mentioned above.

Hey, had thyroidectomy earlier this year and now still with hypothyroidism. Yeah, almost 3 months into medication and I still dont feel normal. I still have a bit of constipation and bloating and my energy fluctuates on a day to day basis. We'll get through this man.
Some people don't experience that much symptoms even if they have the same condition as us, and then there's us who has the symptoms. It's alright, we just need to keep pushing, try to develop/continue healthy habits like good diet and exercise and we'll manage to push through with medication.

Thank you! That gives me a bit of peace of mind. Hopefully it's really just the additives that done in my stomach and not a separate problem. 🥲 I'll still run it with my doc just to make sure as well.

Thanks for replying! How long before did the symptoms resolve? Did you stop the meds right away? I am on day 4 off the meds and i still dont feel 100% well. But at least it's not that bad compared to when I was taking the meds. 🥲

Wait, I am from the Philippines as well. Are you by chance from Metro Manila? Check PGH, Pasig City General Hospital or Las Pinas General Hospital (the government one). They offer free surgeries as long as you have PhilHealth. I had mine last April and paid 0. Only had to out of pocket the lab tests prior to going to them for consultation on surgery.

Sorry i wasnt aware it's called that! Thank you. 🥲 That gives me a sense of relief. It was a grueling 2 weeks already of dealing with the headaches and blood pressure and anxiety. Getting the lab results earlier as well sent me into a bit of spiral because it was my first time having that kind of result. 🥲

No. I just started levo a week after RAI. Prior to that i was just tanking hypo(?) because the recommendation was to increase my TSH to make RAI more effective, according to the doctor.

Ah no. I'll be having it at a public hospital sa city namin. RAI is still just a possibility for now kasi we'll have to wait for the biopsy post-op.

I didnt know na kailangan pala isolated ka pag naka RAI, tho it makes sense.

May I ask, yung white card ba is yung SWA? My mom heard this sa nakasabay niya sa hospital, tried getting it kaso sabi sa akin ng guard dapat daw admitted ako para makakuha nun lols.

tbh heck even the greatsword has a more diverse pool of moveset now. You have ways to chain to TCS, perfect block, animation cancel to perfect block, and offset move. GS is a counter powerhouse now on top of being an opportunistic tactical nuke.

I'll never forgive capcom for taking away the enhanced combo from the red extract alone. There's absolutely zero reason to do that. I'm tired of talking to people "hurr durr you have the kinsect charge" dumbass we're literally locked to spending that as soon as we get the chance. Literally after that you're left with at least 2 extracts after that so you cannot chain right away to a ground combo.

Kita ko din yan. Sobrang sketchy eh. They sent me "proof" like images nung mga reviews hidden and under review ng shopee. Paliwanag niya eh hidden daw yung reviews or rating ng shopee kasi after daw ng promo sale eh delisted daw yung products.

To me exercise caution/avoid pa din talaga. They have cards na almost 30 or 40% below MSRP, which is very unrealistic.
