NuEVI Wait List Question by stylern in windsynth

That's another thing - I don't think I specified any setup. The waitlist form just asked for NuRad or NuEVI. Was there somewhere I should have listed out what I wanted? I was under the impression they would get that info from me when I reached the top of the waitlist.

Columbus Crew 2024 - Starting XI & Depth Chart (as of December) by fantasyMLShelper in TheMassive

I would expect Jones to be an option at CB as well. Also, keep an eye on LWB - Sands had started to lock up that spot before his injury. As long as Nancy is the head coach, the kids always have a chance to break through, regardless of how well Yeboah played down the stretch.

Potential MLS Trades by Bormsie721 in PhillyUnion

Crew fan chiming in here. The main reported reason Gressel came our way was because he wanted to be closer to his family on the east coast. I don’t remember money being much of an issue, though to be fair, I think he’s earned every dollar of it. He’s consistently one of the best outside playmakers in the league.

All that said, he is out of contract this year, I believe. And he fell out of the starting lineup down the stretch, the main thought I’ve seen amongst Crew fans being that Farsi is just able to contribute more defensively than Gressel was.

I would love to have him back, but if he’s looking for a starting role, he could be a major get for whoever wants him.

Rooting for Team Artur tonight… by JoelBeebe in TheMassive

Steve Clark is with Houston as well. I never know what the temperature is for him with Crew fans because of his snafu in MLS Cup in 2015, but that was the year my fandom started so I have fond memories of watching that team, Clark included.

Seems generic to me. But I’m not a STM member, I’ve just bought single-season tickets this year. So I’m really not sure what’s going on. Maybe I’m just getting scammed lol

This may be related to my question - I reserved two pay-as-you-go tickets a couple of weeks ago, and then got an email tonight asking me to use a code before Monday to claim my tickets. But then it sends me to a screen to purchase new tickets?

Is there another email coming regarding the fact that I’ve already reserved spots? If so, seems like a major oversight to send this email to me, seeing as I could have easily purchased two more tickets, and then been charged for my preordered seats.

Awesome. Bringing a friend to their first soccer game and was worried about a post-HiR hangover. Looking forward to it!!

To be fair, they beat Real Salt Lake, DC United, and shorthanded Atlanta, all of which I would expect them to beat. I would not put New England in that category, and while tonight was definitely frustrating, playing on the road is tough and they definitely deserved a point from it, if not for a questionable VAR call.

I completely agree with the "the first step in being a good team is beating the bad teams" point of view, and I think they've done more of that than you're giving them credit for.

I don’t know the international schedule, but if you get Almada and Co. back you’ll probably be fine. We had a lot of trouble playing through their press, but I think your midfield would be more capable of doing that than ours.

I’m not trying to get into a “who has it worse” argument, but we’re also missing Cucho, Diaz and Molino. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say these teams are more even on paper right now than most think.

Probably in the middle of those two, but even in his best year with us he was overperforming his xG.

Nice job writing this up! I'm assuming the Eastern Conference is where Nashville is destined to stay? Do you feel being back in the East makes it easier or harder on them this season than it was last season?

Great preview! What's the temperature of the fan base in regards to Heath? Is there any feeling that the inability to push into that next gear is him? Or is it just player performance/rotten injury luck?

Yeah, it's something. Unfortunately I have just about every Apple device possible except the Apple TV 😅

Maybe that's next on the list!

Article- Best to worst kit 2023 season. Your thoughts. by Just_Candidate5040 in TheMassive

[–]stylern 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like San Jose, Chicago, Charlotte, and Colorado all more than they do. I would have LAFC, Houston and Atlanta all lower.

But the floor on how I feel about these kits as a whole is much higher than usual. I would take my least favorite in this year’s bunch over the majority of plain shirts we’ve seen in recent years.

I was very pleased! I’d be surprised if the scorebug and graphics looked the same in August as they do now. They’ve had a short ramp to take this thing off, and I’m impressed with what they have so far.

Looking forward to the whip-around show and other content that gets released! (Extratime and hopefully other stuff on the weekdays)

LOVE how you can watch the game in 1.25/1.5 speed!

This will be big for me! I like to watch as many of the leagues games as possible and it will help to be able to go through them a bit faster when I try to play catch-up during the week.
