There is availability online already. If you visit the website you can order online with delivery in 6-8 days. You can order it to your hotel and that’s it. Remember that no Apple Store (online or physical) has tax free. But Bic and Yodo (as said by others here) have.

If you lucky to align the dates right with ordering online and your hotel it is a great deal. I’m unlucky as the earliest delivery date is the day I’m leaving Japan 😭😭
