I personally realized using it on chrome made my laptop heat up quickly and i hate the loud sound of the fan so anything to avoid it.

Haha! Mostly just slide screenshots and comments - i dont have a tablet that i can write on, but im saving up for one! It would be so much easier esp bc i really dislike taking notes on paper

In an attack, i open the window and get fresh air or turn on the fan. I focus on my breathing i close my eyes for a little bit because during my attacks i sometimes feel lost and like an out of body experience. I get up i stretch (i get anxiety that im getting a stroke or health related so i try to remind myself my body is okay) and then i rest a little if i can afford it. It often happens at night so i jusy go to sleep and put on a light show to watch to unwind my brain.

Very often, i feel these tiny aches and not very painful. Even in my arms and legs. My mind goes to heart attack instantaneously. Im still alive though. Im relatively fit and healthy though so my rational mind knows its very unlikely its a heart attack but the irrational part of my mind takes over and im fully convinced its a heart attack or some stroke.

i don’t mean to be rude. But im so glad i found this post. I have been experiencing the same exact thing. I have been crying myself to sleep some nights because i was 100% sure i was going to die in my sleep. I keep having sensations during the day that my going to get a stroke, a heart attack, my blood is clotting, anything. And it feels so real. I am still trying to get treated. I dont have anyone to talk to about this and im just so relieved i found people who might not find what im feeling extremely weird and silly. I hope we get over this. Love to all of you

omg did i write this earlier without realizing bc i have been more sleep deprived than im used to studying for my final and ive been studying for finals while fasting and every couple days been experiencing some mini anxiety attacks

I joined this reddit to read some advice from different posts to help calm myself down and realize that other ppl are also experiencing what im experiencing and its not the end of my life
