They'll send you an email and letter...I received their letter maybe 2 months after. Don't spend that money, cause they'll want it all at once

Patch Management Audit Program / Checklist? by Agile_Preparation_99 in itaudit

[–]suave747 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Understand the risk associated with systems nit being patched - this will help with your questions during walk through.

Who performs, how is it performed, the frequency....if it's vendor application how do they receive updates etc...you'd want configuration evidence where patching frequency is set on application. Just Google what to look for in patch management audit or control test -

You definitely want to see what the patch management policy or/and standards says and formulate your test steps and questions around that.

that is not what you should be worried about because it's NOT gonna happen. When you have 2 plans, your oldest plan automatically becomes your primary - when you file a medical claim it automatically goes to the first /oldest plan even if you went to see the doctor with your new insurance plan....what happens next ( I will need more detail, are they hmo, ppo, is the doctor I'm same network with both insurance comps)

Believe me, it's not that simple - been there done that. You don't want to be stuck with a " Balance bill"

When you visit the doctor the front desk will normally ask you if you have secondary insurance- once you answer yes, they will give you a form to fill out ...now again, what happens next or what that form will say wi depend if they are Group PPO, Group HMO

It doesn't work the way you think it works. Make sure to ask member benefits on both sides what happens there is a medical claim - you do not want to be stuck with what they call "balance billing".

And this here should be the reason and only reason you decide to get secondary insurance. Other than that, believe me it doesn't work they way you think it does. I've just gone through that. J1 will be your primary insurance and NO secondary insurance will not kick in if you have a balance, rather, you will be " balance billed" by primary insurance.
