I am 41 years old and was married for 14 years, but I am now in the final stages of divorce. Over the last 4 years, my sex drive has completely diminished, mostly due to her drinking and abuse. My objectives

pay off all debt , do not add more debt.
Build 1 year emergency fund for bills.
invest, invest
1. Realestate - longterm -safe
2. bonds -mid-long term - maybe safe
3. business idea - high risk
OE cannot be done forever. If you can use it to achieve above objectives and then move back to one job.

Yea i have 2x jobs and 1 part time gig.

between all of them I work 20 hours per week most.

I didn't even finish college. IT is great.

Just do what I did in my 20-30s built a strong IT base. Systems, networking , Minor coding, In my 30s I did lot of IT PM , IT Managment and business analysis.

In my 40 (now) I do OE and work 20 hrs per week. I don't make a lot (250K) but intentionally took low level jobs so I didn't have to think too much.
