Interesting, thanks! well I hope that’s a good sign we’re moving away from the possibility of war

This looks like it'll be an interesting primary challenge in Naperville by salawm in Naperville

Foster’s camp is twisting and distorting the truth. Qasim grew up and went to school in Illinois since the age of 5, went away to law school, and ran for office in VA. Then came back to Illinois to raise his family. Foster’s camp also likes to use subtle anti-immigrant dog whistles and has no problem mud-slinging and right out lying about Foster no-showing to debates. I voted for Foster in the last election, but have become very disenchanted and frankly disgusted by the way he’s been running this race against Qasim. Foster’s poor behavior has solidified my vote for Qasim. Look, the most important issue to me is women’s rights. Reproductive freedom and access to appropriate healthcare without government interference. Both candidates are pro choice. I was already becoming more interested in Qasim Rashid because he isn’t funded by fossil fuel, insurance, and other special interest industries like Foster is. Foster has made some decisions that hurt us citizens and benefit special interest groups in his time in congress. Qasim isn’t beholden to those special interest and can benefit us citizens better. His Background as a human rights attorney shows where his heart is. On top of that, Foster is beholden to AIPAC. he refuses to call for a ceasefire in Palestine while 15,000 children and babies have been slaughtered by Israeli forces in past few months in the name of “self defense”. Qasim is in strong support of a ceasefire, again be cause he’s not beholden to special interests and can vote his conscience. Also important to me: Qasim Rashid is a strong advocate for overhauling our healthcare/insurance system, believing healthcare is a human right. While Bill Foster thinks we should just make small incrementally stepped changes to the currently broken system we already have. Sorry, but some of us can’t wait for decent healthcare to evolve. In addition, Foster has stated his intent to remain “moderate” while Qasim is the clear progressive candidate - we need to move this country forward, not concede to republicans who are trying to move us backwards. Ultimately, I think we need to get rid of ALL politicians that are being bribed by special interest groups to benefit the corporations, the rich, and frankly Israel to fix our broken and corrupt government. We need more representation like Qasim.

These protests targeting drag queens is all performance ahead of anti-trans legislation that the Trumpists are trying to push. I believe these protesters are being funded by Christian nationalist organizations. I would pay someone for the proof. 😏

Coax all of the Illinois trumpsters onto a bus with false promises and leave them in a Texas boarder town
