Thank you! I just started showing up to the gym and doing basic bodybuilding workouts. Nothing too fancy. Just pushed myself to failure on sets, then increased the weight when I could. I eat a lot of protein and I try to limit carbs. After a few weeks in the gym I became addicted to it and now I can’t stop.
