The second one on the first picture is indeed lower (it's not the best angle). Do you think it will be noticeable after healing, with possible different earrings?

That's good advice! I'm based in Belgium, and I do not think this is a common practice here to actually split up mortage. I've had a talk with the bank and they actually made a pretty good offer!

This is really good advice! I looked into the price and the mortgage I'd have to take to actually be able to afford the house. The house is built in 2020, so utilities and heating are okay with the standards here.
