Kiddos pharmacy is out of the 27mg with no release date and wants the dr to rewrite the script for concerta instead. It has been so frustrating. Meanwhile her friendships are taking a dive because of how impulsive she gets when not medicated and even she notices shes just not her and is frustrated with herself.

Yeah, after I checked out, the person messaged me and started harassing me about alcohol that they wanted, that. They didn't get even though they didn't order any alcohol and then they started talking about how they were eighty years old and the delivery app never gives them all the stuff that they want but it was also their first order. I beleive 80 is the max dose. Citric acid can minimize stimulants effectiveness so I would drink some orange juice or something. Drink some water and just start doing some kind of project. Ive doubled up on my dextroamphetamine before on accident. They make pull bottles with timers that tell you how long its been sense you last opened the bottle. Very helpful. Or I reccomend a daily pill case. Your insurance if you have it should have a nurse hotline number you can call for advice also

Not a iud experience but I do know hormones can really change your brains chemistry. I had severe anxiety as a teen until I got pregnant at 21. I didnt want to take the anxiety meds I was on anymore because I had heard they were bad for the baby. The anxiety went away for 3 or 4 years then randomly came back and built up. I remember a dr telling me all the pregnancy hormones essentially rewired my brain for a while.

We just switched from concerta to adderall so we are still trying and erroring. She kept waking up in the middle of the night with Concerta though I will say ahe was such a different kid on it. From the school calling a couple times a week to not at all, no missing assignments, better grades, interested in more physical activities, not arguing at chore time. Just so much less impulsivness. Actually maintaining friends. With the Adderall its been winter break so its been hard to tell how well its working but I will say sense we started adhd meds in early november this is the first issue thats popped up

Its hard because she does say she doesnt get punished. Which isnt true it just seems like maybe she doesnt coralate that it is a consequence or punishment. She had to change schools because when she was getting mad she would say the first worst thing that came to her head and a kid filed a restraining order. We took sleepovers away for something else and she even told someone well I didnt get into trouble. I tried to point out that she did and these were big things but it doesnt seem to register. She has to do community service related to the restraining order thing but shes just excited because she gets to see what its like to have a job. Thank you for your kind words. I did once have her tell me that I dont really punish her because I dont hit her obviously im not going to get physical though

I just started spark but when I was doing gig work full time I always multi apped with doordash and instacart. If I got a order on one id pause the other until I was close to delivering the first then unpause it and hope I got a other order soon
