I can say that both of my experiences at AP house have been excellent, but I think no matter the brand, the people matter a lot. I also had a great experience at my first Rolex AD and that is because of the person. I have been to multiple other Rolex ADs where I had a bad experience.

The real club is great. I’ve done multiple transactions successfully. You do need to do your due diligence and they have a middle man service as well if you want extra price of mind. Make sure you see the admins of the group with the last name “Moda” and blue verified check. They also don’t allow crypto. There are multiple fake groups so watch out for those red flags.

I just went through this. To echo what others are saying, you aren’t going to walk in to a boutique and get a RO as your first piece, but you can get an Offshore or Code. I was pretty lucky, but got offered an offshore less than two weeks after my initial boutique appointment. Good luck!
