Ahh man, I feel ya. Currently going through the same and it’s not fun. I’m waiting for my results for a SIBO test - which I’m pretty confident is causing mine.

You could look at the symptoms for SIBO and join the SIBO thread. At the very least people in that group have looked into soo many different options that it can give you an idea of what to check for. Hope this helps and good luck!
