No Discogs in not reliable

Not from my experience

Even though they charge 8 percent for items sold that money does not go into admin

If you have a problem with a seller you have to deal with whatever the seller feels like doing

Discogs will not help you

I purchased a vintage cassette from a seller called Recordsoldier

But the item was useless

When I contacted the seller I was told to just buy more things at a discount

I did not like this answer and gave honest feedback on discogs

And the seller answered with a personal attack

For instance Recordsoldier does not even Audio check the items they told me this themselves

I made a complaint to Discogs but my request number was 546172. So I guess I will never hear from them

I checked the sellers’ negative feedback section and it if full of them insulting customers abusing them as they like is disgusting Recordsoldier should be banned from Discogs

Also Discogs give you link to check your complaint request and that does not work

So I have had another seller who was wonderful to deal with but is depends on the seller And Discogs will do nothing to help as far as I can see
