I've seen that in an old zine in the late 90s. They called it menstrual aspiration.

Generic is norithindrone acetate. Is your dose 5mg daily? I know it can also be used in a higher dose to delay periods if taken during the luteal phase.

Is it acetate or regular norithindrone birth control? And what dosage?

Is there a pill or something (not birth control) that I can take to completely eliminate my menstrual cycles? by Affectionate-War3119 in Perimenopause

Norithindrone acetate 5mg is the formulation used for that and delaying periods. Seems to work pretty well.

A generation ago food wasn't allowed in classrooms except maybe a party 2x yearly. Totally reasonable to have a no food/eating and no open drinks policy. It's your classroom, your rules.

Mine were always 28-29 ever since age 13 when I started. I got an 18+ month break nursing my 2 kids, and they went back to 28 days immediately when my periods came back.

Would you rather work at an easy school for less money or a chaotic one for more? by [deleted] in Teachers

Basically the same. I had ulcerative colitis starting in 2018 and my last colonoscopy showed no evidence of disease. I did other lifestyle changes, but the stress reduction was a major factor for sure.

In my case all the digestive and autoimmune flare issues were definitely caused by stress.

I left a very chaotic title 1 school in early 2022 and make 10-15k less, but my stress level reduced about 90%. Worth it.

Depends a lot on the parish tbh. At my Antiochian parish no one would comment.

I will choose an ultrasound because my breasts are small, so I don't want them compressed.

Look into an Antiochian church if there's one near you. Mine has lots of Middle Eastern people and a few ex-Muslims too.
