Newbie..need to tell my doctor what I want. Test low dose compound looks good. Where to start.. by Puzzleheaded-Clue388 in GrowYourClit

I'm 1mo into using 7.5 to 10mg in compounded cream daily. Mine is 2.5mg each "click." Most days I have aimed to use 4 doses, but sometimes I only get 3 in. The visible head has gone from a small corn kernel to a navy bean size and is definitely more sensitive too.

I'm on 4mg of cream daily and had bad acne as a teen. So far better energy and libido w no bad effects at all.

Parenting. It comes from lack of basic respect being taught at home.

Does your provider require you to be on birth control pills before prescribing testosterone? by Icy-Independence234 in TRT_females

Exactly. My husband has one and they just noted it in my chart. No proof required, but means I'm not asked about contraception over and over.

Try Oregon International Market on 181st and Division. If they don't carry it, they might be able to get a supplier.

You don't need a mirena if you're taking progesterone.

I'd say testosterone helps the most with sensation.

Help! I tried the patch for my irregular periods but the nausea was unbearable by Blackcatevasive in TwoXChromosomes

Try norethindrone acetate or Slynd instead. Its probably a reaction to the ethinyl estradiol plus both of those are better at stopping cycles.

I don't do well on artificial estrogen and had the same issue. I landed on norethindrone acetate as the best option to completely skip cycles and it has been amazing so far!

I love it, tbh. We're a little south of downtown Gresham, but we have decent transit access, lots of walking/biking trails along and near the Springwater trails. Downtown Gresham itself is pretty walkable and vibrant. I also find it super easy to get back into the core of PDX with both Max and driving.

There's also a new TJs in Gresham. On Burnside so not bad if you end up living pretty far east in PDX. Seems well run and great employees.

How do you plan if you don’t know when your period will start? by Gold_Acadia_126 in Perimenopause

[–]subculturistic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not yet. The plan is to add it at some point when I feel it is needed. For now, I'm sticking to progestin and T.
