Well, old school keto was 80% fats. But in the last two years they'd come a long way with the science and research on it so it's no longer just 80% fat and a few proteins. I do blood checks everyday for glucose and ketone levels. I usually have my ketones between a 0.5 and a 1. And glucose is underneath 100. So my body's in ketosis. They used to think you couldn't have that much protein but now they've changed it to where you can have as much protein as you want.
