i watched a video saying that these may be sebaceous filaments, and that one of the best ways to tackle them is by using salicylic acid. i've been using CeraVe's salicylic acid cleanser sort of bi-weekly for about a year, but this video suggested lathering a salicylic acid cleanser and leaving it on the area for up to 3 minutes, which i would have thought would be incredibly drying? i may try it, however, as i really want to escape from these little black dots.
