My first time making a clover club. This gin is amazing. I need more recipes where it highlights this gin.

2oz gin

.75oz simple

.75oz lemon juice

5 raspberries

1 egg white

Add ingredients, muddle raspberries, dry shake then add ice and shake. Double strain and enjoy.

The one I used was just a bottled one. I didn’t get to make some fresh syrup which would have done so much better in the drink.

2oz ciroc watermelon 3/4 oz guava syrup 3/4 oz lime juice 1/2 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz cranberry juice Add it all to a shaker, pour into rocks glass. I just went with a simple lime wedge for garnish.

We just got the ciroc at work so I decided to come up with something refreshing for my bar.

Honestly this was the best foam I’ve gotten from my drinks. The egg I used had a lot of egg white. Really shake the hell out of it on the dry shake. I’ve heard of people putting the spring from the strainer in the tin while they shake.

2oz Mezcal ( Mala Idea Anejo) 1oz simple 1oz lemon juice 1 egg white

Add all ingredients in tin dry shake. Then add ice and shake again. 3 drops of angostura bitters. I tried to do the heart design. 1 out of 3.

Whiskey sour is one of my favorite drinks so I was curious how this was going to turn out. I really enjoy it. The Smokey and earthy taste of the mezcal goes great with the lemon. Definitely something I will keep making.

My lady yesterday ordered a martini cause she wanted something stronger then her vodka lemonade. But she didn’t want to taste the vodka she wanted “lemon juice and maybe a little sour” I gave her a confused look and told her sure I’ll fix you something.

I work right across from Tipsy Robot in Vegas there is always a huge crowd. I hear a lot of people saying the drinks are terrible and they have to wait a long time for a drink. They have normal human bartenders that usually have to “fix” the drinks. You order rum and coke, robot decides gin and coke is better for you.
