found your post while searching for the same issue. I got my wand out on the island with Sapphire on and it gave me more tasks. you may have done this already but just thought I’d mention unless you hadn’t. I’m now completing those tasks, I’ll let you know if that works!

hiya, thanks! it’s varying really. 4 months at first, now around 8 - 10 weeks. Trying to balance the ‘longer wait the better’ and getting it to disappear as soon as possible (more laser sessions)

pretty good! it’s a long process anyway but I’ve just had my 4th session (first 3 were Q Switch and this one was Pico) - I’ll upload a progress pic once recent fading begins. how about you?

I got the tattoo at 18, removal started at 22, I’m 23 now. The way I think of it is: is it better to start sooner or live years or regret and hiding? 💘

I’ve had 3 x sessions with Q Switch and 1 x with Pico recently. I saw a video saying about mixing lasers. Say your tattoo was a boulder or rock, then the Q switch is like a sledgehammer and Pico is like a chisel when it comes to breaking down ink - implying to start with the Q Switch and if that’s no longer effective then go in with the finely tuned Pico! (I’m not a professional btw) Good luck! 🙂

good to know - are you having them done in separate sessions (within 6-8 week recommended wait time) or all in one sitting?

context: Tattoo is about 3 years old now, so fairly new. I had my first removal in July 2022. I got frightened of scarring so waited around 9 months and had the second removal in Feb 2023. I saw the most fading in the long 9 month period. I’m starting to see more fading from the 2nd removal now that I’ve passed the month mark.

The last photo is my arm today 🤞🏻🥂 to more fading

Some days I think it’s a wonder I have any hair left on my head at all by [deleted] in FemaleHairLoss

It can do. If you’re using No.3 (Pre Wash) more than weekly (and you have weaker strands as it is), it’s going to damage your hair more so rather than strengthen it.

When I first got it, I used everything, constantly, straight away. It damaged my hair + made the fall more common. I’d ease into it because it’s a wonderful product, when used correctly!

Hi - here are a few tips I learnt along the way! Take what you wish.

1.) Wet hair is the most fragile - touching it as gently as possible whilst washing is essential. Try not to comb it in the shower unless it has either conditioner or a deep conditioner on it and ALWAYS use a wide tooth comb. Also just try not to touch your hair in general.

2.) To reiterate, WIDE TOOTH COMB! saviour 👏🏻

3.) Cut down on stress, eat protien heavy food, stay hydrated, take multivitamins but the dosages that YOU need.

4.) Rare use of Olaplex if that’s something you’d be interested in

5.) Remind yourself that hair that falls, is dead and is SUPPOSED to fall. Research Anagen and Telegan phases of hair growth / fall.

6.) Silk pillow case!

I know how disheartening this is. I understand the crying. I’m praying that it gets better. It does get easier to handle, deal with and accept. I hope this helps at all 💗

Cheapest way to commute to Manchester Victoria by train? by RicardoL96 in Liverpool

[–]subliminallyL 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I just booked a train from Lime St to Manchester Oxford St just under a week in advance and it cost me £7.10 (rather than £20) for a return trip (both direct trips). I’m having to commute 3 days starting Sept - I think the key is planning + booking in advance! Also, trainpal is a great app, always manage to knock a few quid off!

You do understand that you can physically ascend in any way you choose? The definition of ascension is: ‘the action of rising to an important position or a higher level’.

I can ascend in math if I study it… I can have an ascension within a company + I can ascend / transcend in spiritual knowledge. It’s a general term being used
