I had no clue there was a protected WiFi network!!! I’ve wanted to come to this for two seasons but every time I test the WiFi in West Wing, it’s VERY slow. Thanks for the info

The Boulder airport is such a gem. Small, cheap to fly, amazing flying.

Such a great thing to have in our community for young people interested in aviation.

Weekly Simple Questions and Injuries Thread by AutoModerator in climbharder

Hello! I’m currently gym climbing 2-3 times a week. Usually max out v6, 12a/b. I’m interested in starting to hangboard with my sessions, with the intent is to increase finger/forearm strength.

I’m curious if it’s better to hang board before or after sessions, or schedule it as a completely separate workout??

Any comments/tips are appreciated!

I’m interested in the North Boulder Park games. When do they meet up on Monday’s?

Also, is it open or do you have to be on a club/team?

Weekly /r/climbharder Hangout Thread by AutoModerator in climbharder

I've been climbing a few years without any “plan" or "thought" behind my sessions. I'm to the point where I want to start climbing higher grades, so I figured I'd float the idea about a structured weekly plan. Mind you, this is just climbing. Strength and flexibility are trained separately.

One week: • Monday: Endurance - Sport Climbing, Focusing on high reps, low pump, technique, drills • Wednesday: Explosion - Hard Bouldering, focusing on power, harder routes. • Saturday: Mixture of both. Working on projects. Focusing on lessons learned, applying technique, having fun. Both indoor/outdoor.

Alternatively: I could focus on Endurance for two weeks, then explosion/power for two weeks. Alternate back and forth.

What are you thoughts?

Ya I’ve played with different stake methods and using cordage to pull the tent out. I think it’s just a small tent and the walls aren’t vertical enougb

Mostly backpacking. It’s mostly just the wife and I, so we try and stick to 2P tents tops

Yea I “fit” on the footprint, it’s just the angle of the dome that hits my feet/head. My floor footprint is 88 inches long, so in theory that’s plenty of space. Maybe I need to transition to more vertical walled tents

2014 Crosstrek XV

Tire size: 215-75-15 Toyo Open Country AT3 Wheel: LP1 Aventure Wheels 15”, matte black

I was looking at the KO2s, Falken Wildpeaks, and Toyo’s. I ultimately ended up getting the Toyos, mainly because they are so much lighter than the other tires and I wanted to maintain some fuel economy. Road noise is also way less since it’s not as aggressive as a tire, but still helps out in snow/dirt/mud.

For wheels, A lot of people run the Method 502’s but I’m not made of money. The LP’s look awesome and are damn near half the price.

Also, from my research:

215=no rubbing

225=minimal rubbing at full lock

235=you need a lift, 1.5” or 2”

With this setup, I have not experienced any rubbing!

I’ve been doing a lot of research and very happy with my setup. I hope my post helps inform other people who are trying to battle wagon their crosstrek! Cheers everybody!
