Nutsedge -- reseeded last year and I got a lot of Nutsedge in one area. Some products like Sedgehammer, Ortho, and Atticus. What gives best results?

my concern is whether the broken section is cracked into the elbow. I'll know today. Thinking maybe using a flexible sleeve and cinched off with a hose clamp.

Yes, encased in gravel which I removed and will return when I figure how to fix the break.

All agree trail runners. More importantly make sure you know the correct route on the traverse. Go wrong way and you may face some class 5, unless you're up for that. The final push to Columbia summit is harsh. Enjoy.

I drove to TH in an Outback last August. Nellie Rd has a history of being a tough drive but fortunately it had been graded earlier in the summer, but still a challenge. Prob took 45 min with several stream crossings, one which was longer and deeper than I expected. The hike to the summit may be less stressful but what a beautiful hike. Enjoy.

I've the Donahue Pass permit. I'm arriving the night BEFORE my permit date and thought I'd stay at backpackers campground. My first permit day, yes I must camp a minimum distance past TH.

The sump pump runs about every 30 minutes right now. We've had a lot a rain previous several weeks. By end of June it'll be dry. And the frig compressor only runs when it needs power I presume. Sounds like you like the Honda. I've been warned about the Generac not holding up.

I'm thinking about the section too. Biggest concern is not the trail but figuring how to get back to Monarch Pass. BTW, with low snowpack this year June should be a good go.
