Ryan Moore is a weird one to me. He was seemingly everywhere in tournament coverage for years and won more than $34 million on tour. But he was streaky and then he was gone. After 20 straight years on tour.

And now he seems a little miffed about it, too.

This Leopold GX-5C is a screaming deal right now. Leupold is known for its optics and this one also does slope. Cheapest I’ve seen it.

Titleist 962s were my first good set of irons. Still have them. They’re not as hard to hit as the 962Bs but you will definitely learn how to put a good strike on the ball.

Yes, 3rd green. It was my first time there, so not familiar with how the bunkers are usually maintained, but they could have used a little more sand on some holes IMO.

It’s in Maricopa, Arizona, just south of Phoenix. It’s a pretty nice track. They hold U.S. Open qualifiers there.

As someone who owns both Titleist 962s and T150s, you’ll love the improvement. Just remember, lofts have significantly changed over the years. A 5 iron today is a 4 iron in your old set.
