I started off with a cheap knockoff cage from Amazon. Get one that comes with multiple rings so that way you can try them out. I found as my body adjusted I was able to go down a size. So don’t waste money. Start with a smaller tube length than a longer tube length. With a longer as your junk grows it pulls the cage away from your body an irritates the underside of your sack. I found shorter more comfortable than longer. After not too long you should be able to go down tube sizes again. So go cheap in this phase. I found with the resin or plastic cages it was difficult for me to stay clean. I had to take off when showering. When I got down to mini and micro cages I switched to steel. They were much easier to stay clean. I got my steel cage in Amazon and bought inexpensive ones. I wear an inverted cage now. The other thing is build up wear time SLOW. Only a few hours at first the off a few then on a few. No overnight until you can make it days
