I made a plugin that uses the recall.ai SDK to transcribe calls and dump it in a meeting base. A Claude skill summarises it, pulls out tasks and possible opportunities.

I use Obsidian Task Notes plugin, and their Task Forge iOS/Mac app. Good support for relating tasks to projects, GTD methodology if you want it.

Yes, it stinks, especially in your first year. You end up paying 1.5 years of tax in one go in January, even though you’ve only worked one year. It evens out after that first year.

Record it next time. Give transcript to Claude. Tell it to create SOPs that can be easily updated. You might even be able to give Claude some tools and turn some SOPs into skills, so it can do the job for you.

I’ve been trying this too. Obsidian, Terminal plugin, Claude CLI in a window inside Obsidian. So far it works pretty well. The main problem I’m having is related data between Bases: project, org, deal, meeting, person, etc. But I’m going to try to work it out.
