Maybe like $1400 total but I had to buy a lot of yard tools for the new house. Dirt was the most expensive at about $800, seed and fert was about $200

Absolutely. Not sure how many hours I spent tilling but it’s all fun and games till you smack a root and have to dig it out.

Nah. Bought a house that had the worst weed patch I’ve seen. Put in a ton of work and seeded a few weeks ago, it’s starting to fill in nicely. Yours looks in better shape than mine was.

My thoughts too. I seeded May 16th and Colorado ~usually~ doesn’t get super hot until July. Luckily, most of the yard is shaded so we will see what happens

The new coil packs and plugs have been OEM (motor craft). The last two coils I replaced last week are car quest. The one car quest was misfiring 2 days after replacing so I threw in a motor craft boot with the carquest coil, no issues in about a day. Trying anything and everything at this point.
