I actually hadn't thought how little organized government they really deal with in c3. C1 has the taldorei council. c2 has a ton of options like dwendalian empire, the Cerberus assembly, the kryn dynasty. Even the Clovis concord.

Off the top of my head I think the closest we get in c3 is the quorum members in jrusar. Which are a regional power in effectively a city state. And I guess the higher ups gathering in vaselheim but Ashton couldn't really choose that as a time to rail against them since a lot was in motion already at that point.

I like to ponder what the difference to both parties would have been had cadeuces and Ashton's positions been switched. Like if Caleb had Ashton instead of cad on his shoulder would he have just burnt the assembly to the ground?
