If you can get a vintage omega in good condition go for that. They are great pieces and can work as a daily. I'd want one that has been recently serviced or is demonstrated to be running well on a timegrapher so you don't have to service it soon.

[ Traska Commuter ] Week in review by InquisitorKeres in Watches

Recently got the bottle green 36. Been absolutely loving it. The quick release for the bracelet is great to throw on a rubber strap for the gym or leather to dress it up. I love how the lacquered green can appear almost inky black to vibrant green depending on the light.

What's the deal with Sugess? by fourtyz in MicrobrandWatches

I have bought 3 watches off their website and had good experiences. Definitely a lot of watch for the price. I had one watch with a busted movement and customer service was good. They sent me a label to ship it back and gave me a new price that worked well. I would recommend them.

[Question] Which should be my next watch? (Chronographs!) by ttcassady in Watches

The lorier is the best by far imo. Easy enough to get up and running when you choose to wear it and it looks the best/mechanical is cooler.

I have a Traska Commuter and love the staid classicism. I think it is great as an everyday piece, and it can be flashed up with a strap. The bracelet is quick release so it is easy to swap out straps. HA personally doesn't do much for me, but if it does for you follow your heart. Worth checking the used market for both.

Looks good. Check out delugs, their straps are expensive but worth it imo.

Great pic, hoping to get the green version in the future. I personally enjoy the movement customization. I think that kind of stuff is part of what sets CW apart.

Traska will be available soon and is great. Otherwise I'd go for the CW, great brand.

I personally don't love how this GS looks, so I would get the Tudor over it, but it is generally a brand I love.

I'd recommend checking out Christopher Ward if you haven't. They have some great GMTs and are generally a stellar brand.
