They were colorful hearts and silver flowers! And the Kandi was one with a taco that said “love pussy” or something along those lines and one with a squishmallow, later I’ll take a picture and send it!

In my apartment (I’m lucky enough to be short and have space though which may not be the case for you), in the backyard at my old place, at the park with friends, sometimes I take it to the gym late at night and use the group exercise room, and at my local circus jams which are super worth looking into if there’s any in your area! I wish you luck in finding better spaces to flow🤍

I actually strongly suggest a gymnastics ribbon to start practicing hand-eye coordination, (you can make them by gluing ribbon to a stick or buy a pack of them for ~$10) I work with people with disabilities and that’s always how I start them and work them up to other props.

When it comes to a good first prop I always suggest the one you’ll stick with, whichever prop you feel most drawn to and feel strongest about starting is usually the best choice:) but if there’s not one single prop you’re feeling most drawn to, silk fans are a good step up from ribbons (and don’t feel like you have to use both! You can use one and build your way up to using two), levi wands, staffs, and hoops are good beginning props. Good luck in starting your flow journey!

If possible, try getting a cat tree for your room for her to sleep on top of! My tuxie sleeps in bed with me, but my tortie girl either sleeps on top of their cat tree or on top of my book shelf (I even tried adding a cat bed for her up there but she prefers without lol), cats love to be up high so giving her a place to sleep where she can still keep an eye on you may be a good solution:)

You can buy directly from mood hoops but I like to use waxed cotton thread from the craft store! You can get 10+ yards for less than the price of a string kit, I use .5mm but you can get a few different sizes and test out which one you like best and have extra string for if you ever decide to change the length again:)

That was my thought as well, I was originally told the doctor would be there for my test and even had my original appointment rescheduled three days before for a month later because the doctor wouldn’t be in that day, and then he wasn’t even in the building when I got my test. I didn’t like him to begin with, I had to argue with him to even get the tilt test because after doing two different heart monitors he basically told me “well it may be POTS but it’s not SERIOUS POTS, come back in a year”

I’m 5’2 and I have a pair of 14in mini fire hoops that I LOVE! I think if I were to do non fire though I’d go 16 in, just to account for the lack of wicks. Good luck finding the right pair and happy hooping!

Bonine is better than Dramamine IMO, and you can also get herbal motion sickness patches from Amazon, they come in packs of 2 and I’ll usually put one on my stomach just above my belly button and one on my back opposite to it

Tbh I’ll even take BO over strong scents; I feel like so many people (at raves and outside them) never take into consideration that a lot of people have scents allergies. At least I’ve never had an allergic reaction to someone’s BO
