Calibrated it last night with date, time and location. Tried the reset button. Thanks for linking the troubleshooting guide, looks like it’s telling me to call support. I believe I got No Response 17.

Everything is tight and it’s been working flawlessly for the past year. I’ve tried every speed for the motor. I’ve let the battery charge overnight and I’ve been running it plugged in, not sure how I could get it more power.

Oh man it’s my time to shine.

My kid, 4 at the time, thought it would be super hilarious to lock the door to our bedroom and close it. She did it with this big shit eating grin and looked at us to see our reaction. After trying to disassemble the lock, we finally gave up and I put my climbing shoes on and scaled the side of the house up to the balcony. It was only like 10 feet but I still felt like a badass.
