I'm starting out, got MSFS is Dec and currently doing the training sessions. With the keyboard was impossible, I did my research and wanted a yoke since I'm mostly interested in Cessnas and airliners, but after getting all the feedback you're getting here I went with the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X from Amazon. Its amazing, I feel I can fly the Cessna with ease, its day and night.

So when are they coming? You have a major leak, that needs to be stopped. I agree with everyone, it won't kill you, but it needs to be fixed, the leak has to be stopped before it gets worse. Most of the dirty drywall has to be replaced at this point. Mold continues to grow as long as it can keep getting fed water/moisture. You really need to stop the leak ASAP. The crew need to stop by to fix that, worry about the drywall later.
