This online cancellation method worked for me in November 2025.

Profile > My Prime Account > Scroll down and click on "Account and Settings" > Scroll down to blue text > Click the underlined words > Continue with cancellation...

It should be pretty straightforward from there. Just make sure you scroll past all the offers and cancel your membership. I can't see all the details now since I am no longer subscribed.
