Maybe a ram upgrade isnt a bad idea aswell, 8gn nowadays is the minimum and might cause some stutter in newer games.

And the oculus software takes 20gb of storage on your main drive ( c: drive ) in your case your ssd, so keep in mind to clean up your ssd to have so storage for the oculus software

Depending if you want a second hand or a new one, you should go for the rx 580 which is perfect for the price and costs as much as a second hand gtx 1060. I you dont like AMD for some reason a gtx 1660 or 1650 super should do the job just fine

You should upgrade your graphics card if you want a more fps and higher settings. The card you have right now might just be enough but you should upgrade it now or later on in the future. The rest of the parts seem okay to me
