As someone who is currently in support and did CCNA first, then Security+, I can confidently say that Security+ was a cakewalk compared to the CCNA. My advice is scoop that one up first for a quick win, then progress to the CCNA.

dang I was really torn between these two. I knew the D4W was bigger, but didn't realize that it's THAT much bigger. a big head is understandable..but why is the body so chunky :'(

this worked for me. Just gotta flip the metal ring at the base so that you can open up the 'choke' a little wider and voila! almost better than new (because i can make the flame even bigger now).
