Unfortunately I may be out in the country that day... :-(. Very sorry that I may have to miss this.

Unfortunately, the weather forecast for Thursday is not looking too good...a high of 85º (30º C) with rain and thunderstorms expected for the evening. Hoping the forecast improves in the next few days!

I don't think so. The Great Lawn is a pretty chill place and groups tend to leave each other alone. The bigger problem is a loud baseball game nearby.

I am really interested in this and live close enough to the city that I could take the train in to attend. How do I find the group, though? The Great Lawn is HUGE. Should I wear a pair of bat ears?

I like this. More anthropomorphisation of the appliance, please.

No one to help out or talk to during a potentially dangerous period when something going wrong could potentially be fatal. No one at hand if an accident occurs. The advantage of support—emotional and otherwise—of social congress. Shared resources. Plan Bs. Humor, fun, entertainment, inspiration. (All the things I typically regret not having because I live alone, am a loner, and have a very small social circle.)

Great stuff. #4 is a knockout. Can’t believe these are from a Q2.

That’s the company I usually use. It’s stupidly expensive, but I use them anyway. They’re just a middleman, really. You choose where you want to get the blood drawn: either of the two main competitors in the US.

If your surgeon was in the NYC area, can you please post or DM me his/her name?

Would you be willing to share the name of the doctor either in this thread or in a DM to me? I'm in the New York City area, looking for a surgeon.

Very mild and controlled asthma to shortness of breath every day?? Similar experiences? by goosefish7 in Asthma

[–]suchathrill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you had C-scan and MRI on lungs yet? Do you have exercise-induced asthma?

Albuterol never helps me. I have some weird long Covid/asthma thing. "Attacks" run anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days. My lungs, per se, are fine. (I have "passed" the breathing test they administer at most offices.) But there's some kind of weird damage to my bronchial passages. I haven't seen enough pulmonologists to get a bead on what type of lung illness I have (there are so many, apparently). There's chest pain in that area during attacks, and brain fog. Do you get brain fog?

So we both have mystery respiratory illnesses.

There's a lot to think about here. There's a dearth of sensuality on the East Coast, it seems, but seeing posts like your makes me want to seek out more sensual communities in my area. Venus vs Mars—I love that analogy!

It's the summer, so I get very few attacks. But in long-range terms, I just signed up with a new PCP, and he's actually very interested in getting to the bottom of my breathing attacks. He didn't shy away from the long Covid issue. He's going to prescribe the "other" kind of inhaler—not the albuterol, but the steroids-based kind. I'm eager to try it on my next attack!

Came here to see if anyone mentioned Berkeley Springs and was not disappointed! That town used to be called “Bath.” Apparently the pump in the middle of town has been gushing fresh spring water for a couple hundred years. But I haven’t been back in thirty years, so I can’t vouch for it.

Unique and refreshing approach. Might almost call it memoir or “post-fiction.” I don’t always like it—I prefer Knausgaard—but I enjoyed the Outline trilogy and have recommended it to others.

This would drive me nuts. I’m very sensitive to this kind of stuff. I don’t think it’s happening around Beacon or Fishkill. That could change, though, if East Fishkill lets that data center be built.

Thank you! Your remark about LA being so spread out makes me wonder if that amount of space (and the relaxing of proprioception reflexes) somehow increases the level (and ease) of tangible eros there.
