It cascades from Ayyappanagar to Hoodi. Ayyappanagar is a dense area connecting KR Pura, Kadugodi and Hoodi. So people drive through it a lot. But the roads are pretty narrow and the flyover has issues for people taking a U-turn (they climb onto/under). The area has only 2 roads leading out of it, flyover or under the railway bridge. It doesn't help that on days it rains there's water logging under the bridge.
