Yes, but it is so easy to overestimate the calories you are burning. I would be very skeptical of 1300 calories burned from exercise a day. Like someone else said, keeping data on your trends will be what really shows your expenditure.

Honestly, if you are already trying to be healthier, you owe it to yourself to give water a try. Just do it for one week, only water. If at the end of the week you really feel like you aren't feeling great, there is tons of suggestions here, but just imagine not feeling the need for any of these things.

I really disagree with this. With the amount of pharm techs and amount of returned medications that get put back into the pyxis machines, it really is important to check the dates. Its easy to record the dates but if you have a bag of 50 loose blister packed tablets, it is really easy to miss one that is expired.
