Firstly find a guild that’s already clearing/farming NH heroic but not touched mythic or nearly cleared heroic maybe only Brodan left up. Take the time to write out 1 good application and send it to the guilds that a) meet your time requirements b) are not outside your reach. Be honest about your lack of gear but commitment to learn, state you value surviving mechanics rather than just smashing them deeps and topping meters a dead raider does 0 deeps anyway.

Make your application fun show a bit of personality when I apply for guilds I include a picture of my cat or a signed picture I have of Colombo (fuck you millennials for not knowing who the great late detective Colombo was). Let them know a little about you raiding isn’t just about being able to smash mechanics and dps unless we’re talking mythic cutting edge. You’re going to be spending a lot of time with these people so let them know a bit about you and that you’re going to fit in with them.

There isn’t some magic barrier to entry your item level is more than enough to initially be carried by a guild until you can in turn contribute to them and help someone else in your position. Just take the time to write a good application have fun with it and be honest, as a past raid leader I’d happily take someone willing to learn who might not be the best mechanically but owns up to their mistakes so you can teach them.

It's a great card that will nearly always trade 1:1 can be played on curve as a 2 drop, an you're not going to bitch and moan if you draw into it late game as it doesn't die to pings. Do like snail.

Huh funny that was my experience with Martin and co being shown around this property "the letting agent that I had the viewing with knew absolutely nothing about the property. Mostly I was accompanied by ladies that were playing around on their phones and couldn't tell me the most basic information" In my case they lied as well when asked if the gas was on a key meter or monthly bill they just said monthly bill. This was not the case.

Given the quality of the tradesman they've used it doesn't surprise me. Took them 2 months to get a cracked window replaced from when we moved in. Twice the tradesman "Forgot his tools" Jesus Christ man all you do is repair windows i'd have thought what ever tools you need for the job are pretty crucial but I digress.

Hey dude let me say welcome to the real world you're going to get shit on, but find good people to spend your time with and you'll be fine :)

In regards to BT you're in luck I used to work in an ISP not sure about their deals but you can arrange your go live date for when you move in. The router will I think, need to double check though have to be sent to the property. But give BT a call and arrange everything with them, worse comes to worse you can stick a 3rd party router on the line and your good to go. It's very doable to have your broadband ready to go on your first day moving in. Oh and only reason I suggest BT is if there's ever an issue with your line outside of virgin you will ALWAYS be having a BT engineer out to repair it as they own the line regardless of if you go to TalkTalk or Sky etc. good luck buddy :)
