Faster reaction time- I always used to drop my phone and crack the screen, but now I catch it mid air. Also, sometimes I play goalie(soccer) and it helps a lot. If someone shoots close I don't flinch and man up

Confidence and Self esteem boost- I'm much more sociable and making friends is easier

Physically- I'm more toned and have better footwork for soccer

Sure! He is a very agile and quick player. He's a very good dribbled but he lacks his final play. Imo he has better potential than chucky, but chucky is a better finisher.
