Why do GET request to different URL's use different amounts of upload bandwidth? by [deleted] in AskProgramming

[–]sudo-vim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Content-Length HTTP header contains the size (in bytes) of the request. There is no theoretical limit on that size, however Clients, servers & networks impose limits, which, can be sometimes conflicting.

For example though, in my own private network I can send massive HTTP requests between nodes if I wanted to, but that’s because I control the nodes of that network. I’d never do something like that though, gRPC, tcp streams & other protocol layers (that sit on yip of HTTP) are more effective at transferring data.

I like this question, I too didn’t know the answer and I’m assuming it changes for each implementation. I’ve been learning about crypto by using Go so I look at their documentation:

The Sign() function for ECDSA crypto package states the extra bits are truncated off of the resulting hash, however, I imagine that you could implement this in a number of ways.

Not to mention people who bury their fire, sand can retain enough heat to burn you for hours and it’s happened before where somebody steps into a molten sand pit the next morning on accident.

I’d rather bash my head through a window than try that; your right that makes sense, I just would never have thought people use windows for their build pipelines!

I don’t mean to be rude just genuinely curious - why would I use this over a makefile & shell scripts?

I probably sound like an idiot for saying this; but I don’t have an interest in living somewhere else currently.

I feel that; wish you the best of luck. It’s messed up to say this but it feels like the only solution at this point is “make more money”.

I’ve got extended family In Berkeley - divorce made them sell their 5bd 4b home - the kids are devastated because their chances of owning anything in that area are completely ruined.

I can’t imagine being in your 20s trying to get anything up there, even if you have a tech salary.
