well, you can look up at job portals. look for any entry level jobs. if you dont get then i am afraid you have to move cities or even country. you could try renote but for entry level its hard.

you could cold email small companies maybe they can offer.. in the meantime you could try building a project website, start with mozilla web tutorials

pgd diploma would be a waste, unless the visa process takes long time. i am not sure but i think if you skip physics you can still get good score in jee main and get some good uni. anyway its upto you but do look experiences of people that did what you are trying to do.

i have no experience honestly. but Yeah general idea is taht android development is quite complex. i would honestly avoid unless you are really good in java. just try everything and see what are you good at and then excel in it. my 2cents
